An experienced Lettings Manager is required for a busy office in the Southampton area. The company is a highly regarded Lettings Agency dealing with the rental of residential property at the middle to higher end of the housing market.

As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of the Lettings industry and be aware of the relevant legislation. You will be a highly motivated individual; professional at all times with the self confidence to deal with people at all levels firmly. You are responsible for all aspects of the business and the success of the office will be a reflection of your abilities. Management experience of a medium sized Lettings business is essential.
