I have a double room that will be available in my house.I'm 27 and the other person that lives here is Mel who is 26.We are both professionals so quite chilled out in the week quite often cook dinner and glass of red, nothing hectic but like to go out for drinks on a sat.
The house is in Inner Avenue but on a non-studenty road.It is detached with a lovely garden.During the week the driveway is in use but it is fine to park on the road for 1hr and also before and after the normal times so not a problem if driving to work working 9-5 type hours.At the weekend the driveway can be used to park.
The rent is £425 per month which includes all bills - council tax, gas, electric, water, sky+ , wireless broadband.We share the cost of cleaning products and toilet roll each month but that is the only extra you need to worry about paying.The deposit is £500 because the house is furnished with all my own stuff.The house is owned by my Mum, I just pay her mortgage for her and have been doing the house up for the last 4yrs as I am also trying to save to buy it off her as I love it....oh and there are 3 very cuddley cats!
Looking for a third female who is clean,tidy ,considerate and friendly.No couples,no students.
