Our client is looking for a temporary Sous or Head Chef to assist with the running of thier busy restaurant in Southampton.

You will be working with fresh produce and an exsisting team and be responsible for running the kitchen, dealing with suppliers.

This will be for 4 - 6 weeks possibly longer
