Due to the continued expansion of Monarch Education across Hampshire, we are seeking to recruit enthusiastic candidates for general temporary supply, long-term and permanent teaching roles in Primary Schools. Operating from our local office in Southampton we currently work with many of the schools in Hampshire on a regular basis. This means that we are able to offer work in a range of settings and geographical areas.

Essential requirements: Qualified teachers are required with a PGCE or equivalent. Newly Qualified teachers are welcome as are equivalently qualified overseas teachers. All Monarch Education’s teachers have a responsibility to promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people with whom they come into contact. Desired key skills include: • Good behaviour management • Strong subject knowledge • Adaptability • Organised planning • The ability to monitor pupil’s progress throughout a lesson • The ability to interact with pupils and aid their learning with lesson aids provided
