This is a great role for an experienced travel consultant who ideally is ABTA trained as well as PC literate to work for one of the South's premier travel agencies. Will be dealing with clients face to face and over the telephone. Customer service is a big part of this role and there will obviously be resolving problems and complaints should there be any. Generating and increasing sales as well as proactively selling "add ons" such as insurances and currencies. Another important part of the role is to ensure that clients have the correct documentation for travel ie passports and visas. Office duties will of course entail that brochure stock is adequate and up to date. Keeping the office tidy and adhering to company policies at all times. Attending training courses to obtain professional qualification and assisting in coaching new staff members. Salary is £11200-£12000 plus commission and will have to work some Saturdays but will get a day off in lieu
