I am advertising my medium sized room in our friendly, sociable and professional shared house in portswood.

Everyone gets on really well and there is a fun atmosphere about the place.

We live in a semi-detached 1930s house on a quiet side street which is close to both the city centre and portswood, as well as being near to transport links.

The room is upstairs and is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelving, chair and desk.

We share our bathroom, living room and our large kitchen with table for meals/entertaining. We have a lovely garden with a big lawn, 2 decking areas to relax in, next to our gorgeous fish pond with water feature. The garden is a great place to congregate. There is off road parking available.

We share the monthly bills, which include water, electricity, gas, council tax and and wireless broadband internet, all comes to about £75 per person per month.

The current housemates are aged 24-30, there are two guys and a girl. Two of the housemates are young professionals and the other is a masters student at southampton uni. This would suit a fun loving professional who likes to work, rest and play!
