My Client is a premier brand within Recruitment with an enviable list of Clients within the Construction recruitment sector within temporary (freelance) and permanent placements. They are seeking a Recruitment Manager to head-up their Southampton operation (either Rail or M&E preferred, but will look at other Construction areas).

With commission of 25%+ of your GP billings, this is a company that will give you the opportunity to earn a lot of money. Fantastic basic salary (up to £45K - maybe a bit more if you can bring something to the table - including your current team), benefits and also have equity within the organisation too.

They are seeking someone from a Construction Recruitment background who can lead from the front and is a 'hands-on billing Manager' and has the passion and drive the team forward to achieve their full potential through your contacts and experiences within the sector - this is not a role where you can 'cruise' as the 'buck stops with you' and you will have to answer to the Directors

You will have all the standard responsibilities that a Manager has from setting KPI's to agreeing SLA with major players within Construction in and around the Southampton and surrounding areas.

It is therefore essential that you have worked within construction in a similar role for a minimum of 18-24 months and know how pressurised this sector can be.

There is also the opporutnity for a Manager to bring their team with them too !
