Im looking for a room that i can use as a photographic studio.
It is for my own personal use and not to be used as a business.
It doesnt matter if its scuffy or abit damp as i will use it once or twice a week.
Could do with having a WC and its own access.
Doesnt matter if it has no windows or no carpets as i only use my own backdrops and have my own studio lighting
Must have 240 power (1 socket is OK )which i will contribute to the bills.
I am willing to pay £100.00 per month on an open agreement.
Dont want to pay business rates either.
Im sure someone has a grotty room that cant be rented out
