We are a successful 4 star hotel with two AA rosettes based on the Isle of Wight with a brigade of 15 chefs.
Therefore the candidate should enjoy working as part of a dynamic team.
It is important that you are ambitious as we are looking to open another business and to also branch out into outside catering.
Live in accomodation is available. 16- 20k depending on experience.
Previous rosette / michelin star background preferred.
50 + hour week 5 day week split shifts.
