I have a very clean fully furnished 1 bed double flat 20 walk mins from city centre/university with secure off road parking in a modern private development. I am looking for a professional/full time worker, or someone who needs a base here in Southampton Mon to Friday.
I am happy to look at rent/bills etc.
You must be able to supply refs.
