Full Time Lettings Negotiator Required for Southampton Based Letting Agent

Location: Southampton
Due to company expansion we are looking for a full time Lettings Negotiator to work within our Ocean Village based office.
The candidate must be confident, enthusiastic with a good knowledge of the local area and full clean driving license. Property experience is preferred.
The role will be 60% negotiating and 40% administration.
The candidate must be flexible as viewings can go on to 7pm, and must be available to work Saturdays on a rota basis.
