We are looking for a fourth young professional male house mate to join one male and two female in this four bedroom spacious house.
The house is bright, clean and tidy. It used to be a family home so is lovely and very homely! It has power shower and has a second toilet downstairs. The kitchen has a double oven with a gas cooker, a dishwasher, wash machine and tumble dryer. The garden is big and has a patio that is ideal for having barbeques.
The room is one of the biggest in the house and is upstairs at the front of the house. It comes fully furnished and has plenty of room for storage.
The house is in walking distance to Portswood high street, the common and Bedford place is only 15 min walk away.
We all work full time and consist of a HR Advisor, an Industrial Chemist and an Events Organiser.
We are looking for someone like ourselves who is friendly, outgoing and that likes going out for a couple of drinks.
