We are a family of 4 with a special needs son. We would like 2 bedrooms, 1 Family bathroom, kitchen, lounge, separate dining room, garden and parking.

If a 3 bedroom house is avalible would like the above but would not be able to pay a deposit. (2 bedroom house deposit is avalible payed for by the council)

All rent will be payed buy housing benifit as my partner is a full time carer to our autistic son.
