Lettings Negotiator Basic Commission
An Excellent Opportunity has arisen within progressive Letting Agent for lettings negotiator to work within their offices. The position will be exciting and varied, coving field tasks such as viewing and property inspections and general administration involved within the property management team.
The principal duties will include:
• New business development
• Matching applicants and carry out viewings
• Property Inspections
• Administrative Support
The ideal candidate must be confident, reliable, self motivated and excellent telephone and people skills. Previous lettings experience and a driving licence essential.
