A Support Worker is required for this residential home that provides valuable support and direction for adults with learning disabilities including autism, epilepsy and severe challenging behaviour.

Due to continued growth within this organisation, they are actively looking for Support Workers to join their team at their Southampton service. As a Support Worker you will work in a residential setting for adults with various forms of learning disabilities and autism.

You will ideally be qualified to NVQ 2 level in Health and Social Care or be working towards this, although applicants without this qualification will still be considered should they possess positive attitude and self motivation. Full training and support will be given to candidates who can demonstrate full commitment and loyalty to the company. In addition you will also have the opportunity to continue with your personal development as this organisation actively assist their staff to improve their knowledge and further their careers at every opportunity.

In return you will receive a very competitive basic salary and the opportunity to work overtime should you require.
