My Client is a premier brand within Recruitment with an enviable list of Clients within the Construction recruitment sector within temporary (freelance) and permanent placements. They are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join their exisiting team in their Southampton operation (either Rail or M&E preferred, but will look at other Construction areas) either making placements within Freelance, Contract or Permanent

With commission of 25%+ of your GP billings, this is a company that will give you the opportunity to earn a lot of money. Fantastic basic salary.

They are seeking someone from a Construction Recruitment background who has the passion and drive to develop their vertical within Construction and to achieve their full potential through your contacts and experiences within the sector

You will have proven track record within Construction and be experienced at agreeing SLA with major players within Construction in and around the Southampton area

It is therefore essential that you have worked within construction in a similar role for a minimum of 18-24 months and know how pressurised this sector can be.
