I'm looking for a job as a chef de partie/senior chef de partie. I have 2 years of experience in a busy fine dining resturant in London (as a cdp). I'm prepared to work in different sections of the kitchen, e.g. pans/grill/larder/cold preparation (sauces, dressings, salads, etc)/expedition/hot mise-en-place, etc.
I have NVQ Level 2 qualification, and at present I'm finishing NVQ Level 3 (on a part-time basis). I also have a valid Health&Safety certificate.

I live in London but I will be moving out in January 2010. I can live and work anywhere but London. I'm not interested in live-in positions.

I am hard-working, well-trained, precise, organised, reliable and punctual, I like to work under pressure. And I like to work as such.
