My client seeks an experienced Housing Officer for an immediate start to work for a Housing Association based in Southampton, Hampshire. The position is full time and the contract is temporary.

The key role of this post is to provide an exceptionally high level of Housing Management services to tenants in a particular geographical area.

You will be responsible for:

- Estate and tenancy management
- Rent arrears recovery
- Management of void properties
- Letting of properties and garages
- Repairs ordering
- Monitor anti-social behaviour and neighbour disputes and take appropriate action

As a Housing Officer you will have to assist in the selection of new tenants for void properties and dealing with tenants complaints.

This post requires and enhanced CRB check and you must have access to a car.
