My client is actively looking for a Materials Buyer. Your day to day requirements will be taking off and scheduling materials. Liaising with site managers regarding requirements, questioning the requirements to ensure there is no over ordering. Sending out enquiries, placement of orders. Auditing quotations, Cost comparisons, budget breakdown, cost forecasts and monthly assessment of expenditure. You must be a professional and enthusiastic buyer with the motivation to succeed. You mast be able to hit the ground running as you will be given 5 / 6 site to work on straight away. You MUST have residential housing materials buying experience.
