My client is an established M&E contractor and has successfully been awarded millions of pounds worth of work. Their capabilities over the years have extended to include a complete mechanical and electrical service offering installations into markets such as health, education, and commercial projects within London and the Home Counties. Values range between £5m and £20m.

To apply for the role of Mechanical Project Manager applicants must have experience in running Design & Build Projects up to the value of £4 million

- Organise / Chair progress meetings with client , Sub Contractors and Specialist Sub Contractors for on site co-ordination works.
- Oversee / resolve design & construction issues on site.
- Produce Production , Commissioning ,Handover and Client training programmes.
- Co-ordinate with Cad team for producing drawings
-Manage on site Health & Safety including toolbox talks, method statements , risk assessments, work permits, etc.
*Ensure that existing Customers and potential new Customers genuinely receive a quality, focused service and product
*Provide Weekly report (Progress and Contract) to the Contracts Manager
*Support Site Manager
*Take full responsibility for all Staff in your Team and oversee career development, training and motivation
*Manage and pro-actively support all commercial activities to ensure they reflect the requirements of the Business and implement the agreed Business Plan to achieve current and future agreed performance targets and minimise risk and exposure
- Oversee production of O+M Manual for Client use /approval, liaise/chair Client training schedule and meetings

Salary: up to £50k basic + car/allowance + pension + profit share + benefits + laptop + phone
