Mechanical Design and Build Manager- Hampshire

Leading Mechanical and Electrical Contractor, with an estimated turn over of £25 million per annum, is currently experiencing a period of growth with the securement of new contracts running for the next 2 years, and is looking to expand their Mechanical team with the addition of a Mechanical Design and Build Manager.

The role requires an experienced Mechanical Design and Build Manager with the following:
- Mechanical Engineering qualification
- Experience in the mechanical design process
- Ability to run multiple pre contruction projects up to £4 million
- Live in a commutable distance to Southampton

Applicants will be responsible for managing multiple design and build projects in the commercial and industrial sector. Projects will be up to £4m in value and will include all mechanical services.

The salary is £40-£50k basic + car/allowance + pension + company performance bonus up to 25% + death in service benefit + mobile + laptop
