Hi, I (female) live live with a friend (Male) in Shirley (Upper). The house is close to the General Hospital and the University is a 20 min walk and right on the bus route. Shirley High St is about a 15 walk.

We have a spare single room available. The house consists of shared living room, dart/art room, dining area, kitchen, downstairs bathroom/loo and upstairs shower room. All mod cons, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer and 2 fridges We also have cable tv (with movies and sports) and wifi internet as well as central heating.

Parking is available on the road, and this is a quiet, friendly neighbourhood.

We are both professional people working shift work so there would be time to have the house to youself.

Male or female, we don't mind, easy going nature would be good!

£300 a month includes all bills (gas, elec, rent, water, internet, and cable) If you want to use the on demand tv this would be an extra cost.

Ref and deposit would be required.
