I'm 26 years old and work at the university in winchester. I rent a two bedroom house in Romsey and I'm looking for a housemate to share with. The bedroom is a double room with a fitted wardrobe. The house is fully furnished although you will need to have your own bed. There is a back garden as well as parking available. I am looking for a female preferably between 20 and 35 years old who is easy to get on with. The rent is £312.50 plus bills and the room is available from May 18th.
