Job Description

- As Breakfast Chef you will be responsible for the plated breakfast on a daily basis, followed by assisting lunch service

As Chef de Partie you will be responsible for running sections in the the Kitchen and to ensure that standards are maintained and customer service is being delivered at the highest level. From the one kitchen you will be servicing two outlets , one being the popular busy Brassiere and the other outlet is the highly regarded rosetted fine dining restaurant,

Required Experience
- Must have experience within the QUALITY hotel or restaurant market, as well as an excellent culinary skills and you will require a good understanding FRESH ingredients.

Salary and Benefits
