My client seeks an experienced Housing Officer for an immediate start to work for a Housing Association based in Poole, Dorset. The position is full time and the contract is temporary for 3 months.
The main focus of this post is to provide an continuously high level of Housing Management services to tenants in your allocated geographical area.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Estate and tenancy management
- Rent arrears recovery
- Management of void properties
- Letting of properties and garages
- Repairs ordering
- Community development
Monitor anti-social behaviour and neighbour disputes and take appropriate action, give advice, assistance and information to tenants and monitor rent payments from tenants as well as chasing arrears of rent.
This post requires and enhanced CRB check and you must have access to a car.
