Overcome Fears And Anxieties, Beat Smoking And Lose Weight At My Havant Nlp Hypnotherapy Practice
Do you want to overcome unnecessary fears and anxieties?
Do you wish you could stop smoking?
Do you want to lose weight, and have someone supporting you and helping you to succeed?
Do you want to overcome a supposedly "deep-seated" phobia in just one or two sessions?
Do you want to improve your life, stop doing the things that hold you back, and start getting more of what you want in life?
I am a licensed and qualified hypnotherapist and NLP Master Practitioner, who was personally trained by Paul McKenna, and his teacher, master hypnotist Richard Bandler. In the last three years, I have helped clients to overcome all sorts of challenges that were holding them back, and shown my clients how to bring a more optimistic, cheerful and confident outlook to their lives.
My clients have put the problems that once troubled them far behind them and stepped into a whole new way of being.
So, if you need to make a real change in your life, here is what you can expect from me:
- An initial FREE HALF HOUR CONSULTATION in which we can get to know each other, and I can assess what it will take to make the changes you need.
- A one or two hour further consultation, with one or two more back-up consultations, where needed.
- On the rare occasions in which longer treatment is needed, a flexibility of approach to both your time and your money, so that we can work to get you through any difficulties and out the other side.
We will work together on a one-to-one basis in my light and friendly practice, to make profound and positive changes to their lives. And if there is a tiny voice in your mind that says "Wait a minute, change doesn't happen that easy..." then please read Case Studies, below.
Here are a few examples of clients I have dealt with in the last few years:
Case Study 1:
"Pete" was a boy of nine whose mother sought my help because he suffered extreme anxiety, self-criticism and mood swings. Pete knew that there was something "wrong" in his life, but was unable to change the way that he lost his temper at even minor criticism, and burst into tears at his classmates' teasing... a reaction that only served to bring on more teasing.
I travelled to Pete's home, ensuring that he was in a familiar environment, and worked with him for four hours. In that time I got him to see the brighter side of life, and discover that he could enjoy life so much more than he had been doing up to then. I showed him how to change his responses automatically by working with his emotions to bring out the best in him. This is what his mother wrote to me, a month after I had treated him:
"You really have made a great difference to his life. It's as though you've rid his personal garden of blights and pests so that it can grow and thrive and blossom. I don't think that he notices the difference. Like a train runs along the track just as smoothly if the points bend the line to the left as if they change to lead it straight ahead."
Case Study 2:
"Jude" was a woman in her fifties, who came to see me because she desperately wanted to stop smoking. She was in debt, needed to get a job, and had set her heart on working with children. However, her employers insisted that she didn't smoke.
Jude had tried very hard to give up - using patches, chewing gum and so on. She had been to a hypnotherapist five years before, and she had stopped for a year - but an argument with her family had caused her to start up again. I worked with her to identify her triggers, and then changed them - utilising her sincere desire to stop. We had two one and a half hour sessions. More than a year on, she is happily working with kids, as she wanted, and has not touched a cigarette since.
Case Study 3
"Joan" had had a scare as a two-year-old child, and had consequently become terrified of birds. She came to me at the age of 65, having lived a WHOLE LIFETIME with bird phobia. She was afraid to go out, afraid to go on holiday, afraid to visit her friends in London. When she did visit friends, she would get off the train at Liverpool Street Station, close her eyes, and wait to be walked across the station by her friend. That way she didn't have to see the pigeons in the station. We cleared this phobia in one 2 and a half hour session. There has been no recurrence. She is now free to take her grandchildren for walks in the park without the constant fear that a big horrible bird is somehow "going to get her".
These studies of real clients speak volumes. As you can see, change is easy if done in the right way. So, take hold of this opportunity to change for good - I'm here for to help you, now.
I have many more such case studies that I will be posting on my website: "www.positivehypnosis.co.uk" in the next few months. I have been too busy of late with clients to get them all written up, but they will come shortly.
