Charity Fundraising for the Rspb, market-leading package, uncapped commission

We've been set up by the RSPB to employ the best fundraisers out there to raise as much money as possible for the charity!

To do this we’re offering a market leading package that includes £80 per day guaranteed basic, up to £55 commission per membership (available from your first shift), a further retention bonus for every member you sign up, travel expenses and the most up to date RSPB materials to help you engage with the public.

You’ll be employed directly by the RSPB, supported by experienced recruiters and area managers and given in-depth and on-going training (which you’ll be paid for).

If you’re an experienced fundraiser looking to boost your earnings (and maximise the income for the charity) or a positive, enthusiastic person with unshakeable resolve looking for a new challenge, we want to hear from you!

You’ll be working for RSPB Fundraising Direct (the face-to-face membership recruitment arm of RSPB Sales, the trading subsidiary of the RSPB) so you can rest assured that 100% of the membership subscriptions you raise will go directly to the RSPB to fund one of our campaigns at home or overseas, protecting species like the Sumatran tiger, white-tailed sea eagle or humble house sparrow; or we’ll put the money towards educating school groups about habitats and bio-diversity, or to keep over 200 nature reserves running, or to lobby the government about airport expansion…the work is endless, and that’s why we need determined people who won’t get upset if they’ve been standing in a supermarket for 7 hours and somebody says “no”.
