*Store portfolio of over 40 stores
*Average store selling space of 15,000 sq ft
*Thousands of product lines in store

THE ROLE OF THE RETAIL / DEPUTY / DUTY STORE MANAGER:

*Total staffing of around 15 staff.
*You will be responsible for directing sales, and delivering profits
*Using your initiative to merchandise products
*Looking after the store in the manager's absence is required
*Being extremely commercial

THE CANDIDATE FOR THE RETAIL / DEPUTY / DUTY STORE MANAGER:

*Retail management experience
*Have experience in managing similar sized sq foot stores or teams
*Good track record in driving sales
*Strong passion for retail

THE PACKAGE FOR THE RETAIL / DEPUTY / DUTY STORE MANAGER
*Salary banding - up to £20,000
