There is a bus stop below the building (on the London road) and has the blue star, first and uni link services stopping there. Ideal for post-grads, professional or couple. No DSS or pets There is no parking available, however there is a large multi-storey car park opposite.

There is no washing machine in the flat, but the communal washing machine donstairs works brilliantly and costs £2, tumble drier £1.

Its a really nice place, would suit a couple brilliantly. Neighbours are very quiet. Electricity is on metre and can be run for about £5-£10 per week. Very close to the city centre, and all the take-aways bars etc of Bedford Place and London Road

Flat is available as soon as possible. Moving in dates could be discussed.
