Room to let in modern decorated house, in Calmore area of Totton. Local shops 5 min walk, bus stop 2 min walk. Off road parking, garden and garage space for bike etc... Room has walk in wardrobe full length mirror, was set up as a women's room originally (extra sockets and lights etc...), but have had guys stay in there. Can be furnished or not up to the tenant. Would definitely reduce rent for some one to clean, but would probably get cleaner otherwise! Have to cats so if your allergic, sorry !
Anything else you need to know just ask ???
