I'm looking to rent a two double bedroom flat in Southampton City Centre or in Ocean Village. I'm trying to find a place with rent between £400-500 per person per month - (in this price range flats tend to have 2 bathrooms). I enjoy gin, yachting, PIMMS, fencing, reading,etc.. I'm looking for a flatmate, ideally female, who would be tidy, civilised, and who would prefer conversation to television.
