A well respected law practice in the South currently seeks a Quality Manager to join their thriving Insurance Litigation Department.
As Quality Manager you will be expected to provide an essential strategic review of the quality of legal advice and tactics deployed by team members on behalf of one of the firm's key clients. You will be responsible for reviewing case files from various teams within the Insurance Litigation Department to ensure highest standards are maintained and surpassed, as well as analysing trends and detailing areas for potential improvement via training initiatives and IT developments. The Quality Manager will work closely with Partners in the Department to ensure all client objectives and Service Level Agreement Requirements are met or exceeded.
The successful candidate will be approachable, encouraging staff to discuss issues openly whilst ensuring compliance. You will have excellent interpersonal, and communication skills, able to command respect from staff whilst ensuring adherence to deadlines from case handlers at all levels of seniority.
The ideal candidate will have a Personal Injury background, (ideally defendant), with knowledge of motor, EL, and PL claims. Due to the level of work on offer it is suggested that the ideal candidate will have at least 10 years post qualification experience, however applications are invited from candidates at all levels of qualification with relevant experience.
This is a brand new opportunity within the firm. As a new role there it is expected the exact nature of the work will evolve over time. As such this will be a part-time role initially (3-4 days per week), although this may grow in time to become a full time role.
