An experienced Senior Practitioner in Hampshire is required to work in a newly created position for a large Unitary authority.

The Senior Practitioner in Hampshire role entails analysing external referrals that come through to the children and families division, the next stage is to assess the validity and discuss with the referrers, the decision is then made to signpost on to external agencies or refer internally to the relevant department.

This Senior Practitioner in Hampshire's role is an office based position and is a pilot position within the organisation, this position may increase in duration.
