I am 22 year old graduate from the Southampton area looking for either a one bedroom flat or a room within a shared property with professionals or postgraduate students. The closer to the city centre the better but I am open to suggestions.

Due to the current economic climate I will be paying my rent via housing benefit. This means your money is guaranteed as it is paid by the department of social security. I intend to work within the hampshire area so am looking for somewhere for a minimum of six months.

I am friendly, reliable and respectful. I have lived independently for three years previously. I will look after your property. I am able to provide references and a guarantor if this is required.
