You will be looking to join an expanding and highly succesful Engineering company based in Hampshire, your role will be to lead a small team of Engineers on a range of projects from a software and hardware perspective. You will be responsible for the delivery of innovative design solutions and ensuring the company can implement the design into manufacture.

You will be responsible for the design and testing of embedded software programs using C producing software requirements in cooperation with the project team and validating and testing the code. You will also have a good understanding of Electronic systems and be able to take a hands on a approach in regards to Design and the delivery on time and to budget of projects.

Ideally you will have technical expertise in regards to Embedded C programming, knowledge of assembler, Embedded software testing and development and a strong awareness of electronics.

Any experience in the management, development and delivery of automotive and/or brushless DC-motor applications would be a distinct advantage but not essential.

The company is paying a salary circa £45,000 potentially higher for the right candidate and an attractive benefits package.

This role is located in Andover,Hampshire and is easily commutable from Southampton, Winchester, Basingstoke, Reading, Newbury, Swindon, Salisbury and Farnborough .
