It is currently furnished with double bed - double wardrobe and 2 chests of drawers.
Also large kitchen dining room (you can use all exisiting kitchen stuff) lounge and a garden which is great for bbq's in the summer.
Parking is on street with a permit.
Rent includes bills (except phone calls) Broadband/tv licence etc included.

The house is located in Ancasta Road, Bevois valley which is great for being close to town - only 10 minute walk.
