School Administrator Hampshire
Duties will include:
· Answering the phone and fielding calls;
· Meeting and greeting visitors;
· Switchboard duties;
· Dealing with outside agencies;
· Receiving petty cash and dinner money;
· Carrying out basic clerical duties;
· Copy typing and data entry;
· Using SIMS/CMIS.
Skills they are looking for:
· Experience of working in an educational establishment is essential;
· Good working knowledge of SIMS or CMIS is essential;
· Good organisational skills;
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
· PC skills including Microsoft Office;
· Flexible and adaptable approach to work;
· Own transport is preferable but not essential;
· Ability to work independently.
Overseas applicants MUST have UK experience including a working VISA and will also require an overseas police check before applying if they have lived outside the UK for more than 3 months since the age of 18.
