SEN Teacher - Southampton
A highly dedicated and committed Class Teacher to teach pre-16 students in a range of curriculum subjects. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and enhance specialist skills and knowledge of Special Needs Teaching. The successful candidate will be able to work within a team and offer motivation, observation skills and flexibility within their approach to meet individual learning and care needs.

You will have excellent interpersonal skills as well as good communication and decision-making skills with the ability to work in a complex and
unique environment. You will also hold a Qualified Teacher Status and possess a strong interest in differentiating, planning for and working with students with autism to maximise their potential.
