Insurance Quality and Compliance Manager

Working alongside the partners of the Insurance department the role will involve auditing case files after completion, from staff from case handler to partner level to ensure they are of the highest quality, consistently compliant and meet the relevant service level agreements where appropriate.

Duties and Responsibilities:

To develop, manage and ensure quality controls are sufficiently in place across the insurance team
Liaise with key stakeholders across the firm including the senior partners
Identify any training and development requirements across the staff levels from case handler to partner level and suggest relevant training / development as required
Liaise with external stakeholders including clients and regulatory requirements

Skill:

Candidates should have strong exposure to a wide range of Insurance cases post qualification, with a skill set that includes high level analytical, IT, Communication, negotiation and management skills
Be able to provide advice and communicate at a high level with the ability to present information to partners in a clear and concise manner
Be able to manage compliance and quality issues via training and clear instruction documentation
