The Annexe is a self contained flat built on the side of our home. If you need a short term base near Southampton it is ideal. It is one bedroom with double bed.
Located in a quite street in the village of Netley Abbey it is ideal for the I.O.W. ferry - 10 minutes drive and the sailing villiage of Hamble 2 miles away. It is only a mile from the S.E.E.D.A. development site in Woolston. The University of Southampton and the New Forest are only 20 minutes drive.
Netley Abbey has shops and take aways and there is a large Tesco 1.5 miles away.
If you want to dine out there are 2 restaurants in the villiage and 2 pubs within 10 minutes walk.
We charge £30.00 per night/£200.00 per week.
