I am 24 years of age and I am currently writing up for a PhD in Biochemistry. I have been giving private maths tuition for 3 years with excellent results. I also regularly demonstrate to undergraduates and have mentored several individual projects within the university. I have a flexible and adaptable approach to tutoring, I like to first find a style of teaching which fits the student and helps them to learn better. Much of my teaching involves setting past exam papers or questions as homework then helping the student improve their scores, in this way they can see their own progress as weeks go by. I charge £18 an hour at GCSE level but if you would like to book five or more sessions these would be only £16 an hour.
