I have a lovely 2 bed house but due the addition to our family am in need of an extra bedroom. for this am looking to swap my two bed to your 3 bed.
My House is a Housing asociation house and had had a new Kitchen and doors put in 2 Years ago.Is still imaculate. open sitting room a good size kitchen with area to have a table in for eating. Two Double bedrooms and a Bathroom with bath and shower. Saddlly garden is not very big But with river side park only 5 mins walk away i dont feel this to be a problem. Most of the Houses on my street are owned. In a lovely quiet area. has two alocated parking places is 5 mins way from Local bus stop and primary school. and Train station.. I am Moving because am in need of more space tho it breaks my heart as this is the perfect place to live. I feel my house would best suited to a young family or older couple.
