Engineering Training Manager

The position of Engineering Training Manager is a challenging role that requires you to develop professional training programmes for both engineers and customers for the company products. You will be responsible for ensuring that engineers providing training to customers have undergone effective training programmes themselves.
The Engineering Training Manager will also be responsible for putting together a training and development plan for the service engineers, preparing the documentation to support the training and ensuring all documentation is in place before new product launches.
Suitable applicants for the position of Engineering Training Manager will come from a training background ideally having completed a Train the Trainer course with experience of internal and external training. You should be confident in delivering technical training courses which will involve practical elements, devising bespoke training courses and putting together the relevant paperwork for the courses.
Applicants should hold a UK driving licence and have a current passport for international travel.
