My sister has recently moved out of my flat in Totton and I'm looking for a lodger for my spare room. I have en suite in my room so the room pretty much comes with sole use of the main bathroom too. Flat is on the top floor of a small block of 14 flats, very quiet, newly decorated and modern, a really lovely flat. There are 3 visitors parking spaces that are generally available or free parking on the road. Really close to local shops and Asda (2 min walk) and easy access to M27. Totton station is a 10 min walk away and the New Forest is a 5 min drive down the road. I'm 26 and work in Southampton General Hospital, quite laid back and tidy. Deposit and reference required.
