Sous Chef Required for Boutique Hotel Restaurant
Westover Hall Hotel in Milford on Sea (near Lymington) has an exciting opportunity available for a talented and passionate Sous Chef to join a professional and dynamic kitchen brigade and work in one of the best boutique Hotels in the country. Previous experience at 2/3 rosette level is required alongside a proven track record within quality hotel restaurants. As Sous Chef you will be required to take control of the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef. Salary circa 23k.
