Working for CPM, the UK’s leading field marketing agency, on behalf of Procter and Gamble, we are seeking an ambitious Territory Manager to help drive and develop market share within the grocery sector.

The retail market is constantly changing with FMCG companies keen to promote their products in an increasingly overcrowded market place. Retailers are the shop window for all these products and therefore developing and retaining key relationships here is increasingly pivotal in winning this battle.

As a Territory Manager your key focus is to promote and develop the P&G brand portfolio within multiple grocery outlets by building effective relationships within each retail outlet. Working alongside the Territory Executives to implement existing brand strategies, as directed by the client, they will also seek to develop additional opportunities and drive EPOS. Reporting to the Regional Manager, all Territory Managers must be able to keep the Regional Manager fully briefed of all relevant activities within their marketplace.

Ideally you will be from a retail sales background although this is not essential. Ideally you should have a proven track record in developing and maintaining key business relationships. Experience of management is not essential but you must be prepared to travel and it may be necessary that you will have to spend a number of nights each month away from home. All candidates must be able to demonstrate good presentation and organisation skills and be highly motivated. All candidates must hold a full driving licence
