Job Description












To assist the Conference & Banqueting Manager in the operational running of conferences, banquets and weddings to a 4* deluxe standard which would include

Setting up conference and Banqueting rooms
Service and break down Conference and Banqueting rooms.
Carry out service of food and beverage items, as directed, taking every opportunity to upsell
Skills and Experience
Ability to think on your feet
A passion for customer service
