Clinical Support Worker/Health Care Assistant

Female Clinical Support Worker looking for a permanent position within Home Care for the Elderly around Bursledon, Lowford or Hedge End Area. I am presently employed within Southampton General Hospital on the Medicine For Elderly People Ward and am fully trained .
References can be obtained from the Ward Manager and Senior Sisters.

Would have to serve one months notice, or could work round my present shifts.
