The Annexe is a self contained flat built onto the side of our home in a quite street in the village of Netley Abbey which is situated on Southampton Water.
It features 1 bedroom with double bed, shower/bathroom, fully fitted kitchen and lounge/diner with TV/DVD and has gas central heating. There is off road parking available for 1 car.
The village of Netley Abbey has a grocers, bakers, take away food outlets and 2 restaurants. There are 2 pubs within 10 minutes walk.
With bus and rail links less than 5 minutes walk it is close to Southampton and beyond. The I.O. Weight ferry is 10 minutes drive as is central Southampton. The University of Southampton and the New Forest are only 20 minutes drive and the SEEDA development site in Woolston is 2 miles away.
We charge £30 per night or £200 per week with no minimum stay. Bed linen and towels are provided and a laundry service is available.
